Pretty sure this is legal been there before at night but if painting in the day kinda sketchy as it is in the middle of a popular park and a play park beside it .

This is a safe wall. Decent for a quick piece. Not the best size but better than nothing. Do recommend it . Have done 2 pieces there’s already
