The whole underpass is legal without permission. Both sides can be painted, wall is about 20m wide and 4m high. Best way to get there is by parking by the "Haus Pannonia", and them walk 3 min by foot. Keep the Place clean, paint respektfully!

The wall itself is really good. I went there to practice a bit because I’m still somewhat new to this. Two weeks later, someone disrespectfully tagged "toy" over my work. But the wall is great.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
