Underpass of the Pohjoinen Yhdystie. The underpas owned by the City of Hyvinkää and is now legal to paint. No permit needed. Legal permit by the city is on City pages, "viranhaltijapäätökset" diar number 341/2023.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
