Underpass of the Läntinen Yhdystie and Koneenkatu on roundabout. Two underpasses are owned by the City of Hyvinkää and are now legal to paint. No permit needed. Legal permit by the city is on City pages, "viranhaltijapäätökset" diar number 341/2023
