Lots of large areas to paint, there's more across the canal but not sure how to get there.

Was down here last week, proper chill spot, local dog walkers came and spoke to me. She said she loved the art. Can get to both sides of the canal easily, just look on Google Maps. Can spend a couple hours here unbothered.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
