This underpass is a nice chill spot for graffiti fans, having quite a few major graffiti in there as of now like THS, TOPS and MARD, it has a lot of graffiti on one outskirt but none on the other, this underpass now leads to a bridge which has been blocked by a metal fence so the underpass does not really anywhere but worth the walk if you are interested in that stuff, it is very dirty usually and inside can get a bit damp
Is this wall still safe to paint?
