This is a youth hangout made out of cement blocks. It had multiple sides to it that can be worked on. The walls vary in size. The hang out is on the RAUM square. A cultural hub in Utrecht. biggest wall size 3,2m high x 8m wide You don't need a permit. how to get there Bike or walking all the way to the hang out car park is nearby but you will have to pay for parking
