This wall is on the yard at the old art-house Horizont, which was famous derelict art house in Tornio. Here is a wooden wall in the yard, which is 5 meters wide and 2,4 meters high, which is free to paint. There is parking lot, where you can leave your car and go painting on a wall.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
