There is a whole old shop-building walls, which are now permittable to paint. Building has walls which are 2x25 meters and 2x15 meters. It is just beside the parking lot and everybody can paint there. You can spot Tornio-city's legal walls from this link: https://tornio.asiointi.fi/IMS
