Go to the alexianergraben. its a realy big wall around a playground go to the entrance of the city parking. this is also the parking for the mediamarkt its on the right side of the parking

Tolerated since 1.5 years. They deconstructed the playground two years ago. Not quite legal but I felt just fine painting there

I regularly see sprayers there in broad daylight. I don‘t know if it's legal, but I'd say the chances to get in trouble are near zero.
