The yard manager only allows writers from the hometown of Albuquerque who's have been writing for ten years. People have been caught and chased out. So if you are planning on painting here, just don't need get caught!

The yard manager shut me down when i went to get permission to do a piece with a friend from out of town. she said and i quote "Nobody is supposed to paint back there, but they do anyway"
