15FT HIGH PAINTABLE AREA MAX. 90 FOOT LONG. BOTH SIDES OF MOTORWAY UNDERPASS. EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE A1 NORTH AND SOUTH. NO CHANCE OF GETTING HASSLED, ONLY LOCAL DOG WALKERS AND PEDESTRIANS. SITED ON A MAIN ROAD SO WATCH OUT FOR CARS PASSING BY. NO EXPLICIT IMAGERY OR WORDING TOLERATED. RULED BY PWS CREW.

AFAIK this spot isn't legal, local lads paint on set days with prior permission. I'm happy to be corrected though.
