Yes, legal HOF. The City made a sign in netherlands language, that it is allowed to paint there. Of course no tagging around the hall. It is a bridge where you can paint on both sides. Perfect place for rainy days.

Nice place to pained, people painting there A lot so dont get pissed when someone go the next day over your piece😉 i painted in the morning there and i came back in the evening and my piece was already crossed. Nice place👍🏼
