It's still safe to paint, although the neighhborhood arround this place is a little bit sketchy. You might want to watch out for the local residents.

still safe! lot of popos came by but no 1 said nun very crowdy tho got tons of complements and tons of support overall the place was neat

The place seems legal but as it has been mentionned before it is full of junkies, even at 7 in the morning. Having said that there is a big school just round the corner, a skate park and public toilets so there are a lot of people around and if you just carry on with your business the junkies don't bother you (at least during day time).

Nice spot for graffiti sprayin. Also lot of junk people thats not good always. A nice place to paint with friends and I also see sometimes a graffiti workshop with people so it is better with more people for safety
