100% Legal. No Hassles. Easy to get there take the M3 into town. Then switch to the Eastern BLVD. Take Searle Street Turnoff. Then go left and youll see it on your right.

While you can paint there I would not recommend it. The area is very unsafe and not cbd unsafe but instead homeless people living there unsafe. Many shacks and homeless people there.

The homelessness is mildly worrisome, but it didn’t pose a threat to me.
