This wall is brick, you can paint on it. Trains run by, security walks around but doesn't say anything when someone paints

This wall belongs to Orlen, but it is legal to paint on it, just like the wall next to the so-called ‘meat shop’. Both are legal spots, so you can paint there without any problem. If anyone questions the painting, just say that these walls have been legal for 25 years and the owner has given permission to paint on them, so any further questions should be directed to him.
