/!\ This spot is at risk of being destroyed in the coming months or years /!\ Facing the Teenage Kicks fresco, this 100-meter concrete wall provides a perfect and even surface, with only a slight edge in certain areas. Its height of two meters, and sometimes four, allows for impressive formats. Overlooking the Rennes-Ouest railroad and exposed to daily pedestrian and car traffic, this spot serves as a prominent showcase. This historic wall offers perspective, lighting, and visibility. Regularly renewed, it is also a hub for meetings, and if there are no more free spaces, additional space is available in the parking lot, offering a variety of smaller surfaces. Very close to the train station, you can access it easily on foot or by bike. ( Text : rue.bzh (website) / translated and modified )

The wall is not for everyone. I went by the local "can-store?" and asked, and they said that all the artists that are allowed to paint there are handpicked by an organization. He also said that that to the other wall close by and mentioned that it's common to just go in one of the many most places around Rennes. But the nearest really legal wall is in the city Fugère.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
