Legality confirmed by the guys at the graff neck store (graffitistore.cz). There is lots of space. Quality is good. Take tram to Hlubočepy and follow the pedestrian way along the small canal near the tram station.

It's solid concrete overpainted thousand times so bring some base if you wish to do serious art. Lots of space with cover from rain, centre available - And ceiling is still completely available if you feel creative :D
