there is someplaces where graffiti is allowd in pei this is one, it's not huge but is big enough for probably 6 tags at a time

The address for the first wall was correct, but the newest two walls are at 511 Willow Ave, Summerside. It is near Red Shores.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
