At the skatepark under the bridge 1,5 m * ~30 m wall with lots of active painters, if not early in the day you'll most likely have to wait for others to finish. Easy to access by tram. Basketball court side mostly popular by painters, smaller walls all-around legal, no need for permit and available 24/7. Nearby wood fence grey area, already painted but not considered legal.
