A decommissioned pumphouse at the intersection of Poplar Street and the Razorback Greenway. A 2023 pilot project of the City of Fayetteville Arts and Culture Division to create a better community-oriented space for expression. It is 8 feet high and about 25 feet on each side. No permit required as of December 2023.
