not a wall but a whole abandoned building and the exterior, it's accessible by hopping a fence, it's near busy parts of the the city but as long as you careful and discrete you should be able to gain access to it. Many walls of varying sizes to paint / see. You don't need a permit to see it just a bit of nerve.
