Reasonably sized fences surrounding the perimeter of a derelict site between the premier inn and cathedral green. There are a couple signs either end of the wall indicating that it is a legal wall. It can be pretty busy and you'll be hard pressed to find a spot, but as long as there is some nob to write profanities over a piece I think you'll be alright covering it up.
