Idk, guys, it is not an actual place as a legal spot. Instead, it's a some kind of hidden space under the bridge. Nobody can paint something good there because it just has no room under there. Im saying next: if you're a toy which needs to practice/ just wanna drop a piece in Riga, then yeah - do it. Otherwise the spot is pointless
