It's in danger of collapsing, but i've been there many times and alot of other people have been there too and I think I'ts safe enough to paint in. There are alot of great graffiti pieces about 40 something and 2 storys high but mainly people paint on the first story. The entrance is through a hole in the wall or on right the side of the building where theres path. Theres no security adn not many people get even close to the building.
