The wall is located under Pivnichnyy Bridge. you can get there by foot or by bicycle. To be honest, not the most ideal place to paint but if you are looking for a place where it is chill and their is not much people, you can consider it. You have to clean space around you because it is covered with small bushes and shrubs, but other than that its good
