There are about 6 or 7 legal walls available on the location. The underpass is just on the right past the Stagecoach depot on Willowholme industrial estate near Sainsbury's Supermarket in Carlisle, UK. This wall has been verified by Carlisle City Council as a legal wall in which artists can go and design their work on without fear of prosecution or arrest. (Wall has been legal as of September 2019) 2020 UPDATE: Wall is still legal.
