You don't need a permit to paint here, you can get here on foot but I recommend a taxi, the wall is around 3 metres tall

It's mostly full of tags and other forms of grafitti which the majority of the population does not find atractive at all.I hope some good artists come and give this place a new fresh artsy and impressive makeover!
Is this wall still safe to paint?
