A huge free wall and boxcar next to the railyard. The wall is on the backside of a few industrial buildings. Lots of large pieces and blockbusters. The best spot in the 316 to bench, and the wall is visible from the westbound lanes of Kellogg. The best way to get to it is by driving on Waterman and turning into the parking lot on the east side of Dawson Memorial Arts. You can also park in the parking lot on the opposite side of the wall. The city seems to encourage graffiti here in an attempt to keep people out of the yard, and it's placed in an art district, so no permits as far as I can tell.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
