large wooden boards that cover almost the entire perimeter of the rugby stadium are legal. i guess that they're only temporary(?)

The boards are temporary because of the development at the old college next door. But the timescale is massive, they're not going any time soon. I was involved in securing the boards and artists have direct permission from the main man. Plenty of public attention.
