Long wall with varying heights for pieces. One 50 feet long section rendered, another 40 feet long brick. No permission needed to paint. Best way to get there is walk from the city centre (there's also parking right by it). Also a pub directly opposite which gives you plastic glasses for pints.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
