Legal, but must first obtain a permission slip from Foundation Studios, LLC. Contact: foundationwalls@groups.facebook.com Several building are able to be written on (signs will indicate so). Parking is pretty plentiful. Painting allowed from sunrise to sundown.

Was there two weeks ago, my third time going, it’s a great spot, I recommend. No issues anytime I’ve been there.
