It can be painted on the following locations cited on this website: https://studentaffairs.duke.edu/conduct/z-policies/bridge-painting The wall is under a bridge, fairly big, and there is no permit needed.

No permit needed, just know your stuff will not be up for long as students will paint all over it in a day or so.

I’ve been here on last Sunday, July 6, 2025. Definitely still a legal spot. The local police passed me while I was doing my thing. Nice spot also, with a bit of rain.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
