Graffiti can be drawn from 8:00 until 22:00, Drawing Requirements: It is prohibited to draw on all graphite drawings: using non-censored words, symbols responsible for the repression of the people of Lithuania by the leaders of the German National Socialists or the Communist Party of the USSR, the Soviet, Nazi or Lithuanian SSR symbols; discriminatory, military images, notes, symbols; images, inscriptions, symbols promoting or depicting national discord, violations of equal rights or otherwise offending human dignity; in violation of the requirements of the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Protection of Minors against the Detrimental Effect of Public Information on Laws, Other Laws, Procedures and Cleanup and other applicable legal acts; for advertising purposes.
