Streetart is on the rise in Malta. White rocks is a hotel complex by the sea. It was actually never in use and got abandoned before the first guests moved in. Huge area with tons of walls where painting is tolerated, but not officially legal. Easily accessible by car from the main road. There are always people sneaking around.

not really legal but there is no problem to get in and paint. They close every building with briggs and you cannot go inside yet.

Painted there in January 2020. Lots of great walls.

Still was a safe spot to paint in January 2024 . There are some weird people hanging around sometimes, but they are quite harmless. Locals and tourists jogging, walking dogs, relaxing in the area too. They tolerate or even like to see new graffitis there.

Painted there a week ago. Perfect Spot. Not neccesarily legal but no one cares anyway.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
