This is first legal wall in Georgia.road to this wall is going from Tamarashvili st. the tunnel is under a road and is a very legal and free spot.

Spent a few hours with an art class there, everything is okay, locals are friendly. The only thing is that part of the tunnel is used as parking now and blocked by cars.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
