Fully legal and there is a sign saying so. For some odd reason the council regularly buff it, so there’s often fresh space. Words of warning though, don’t just go there and tag over full pieces…people will be angry about it.

Painted there 3 months ago, all good. Sign still there, chill vibe, some people walking by with dogs etc but no problem
