You really do not need permission to paint here. It has always been a legal wall since council decided it was better to leave it than buff it and everyone who sees people painting is always complimentary (bar a few of course). Since the paint festival street artists think they own it, please paint here at your own leisure. Honeybourne line will always be legal and permission free, but if you can't burn it think twice about going over it

Its legal for sure and was sorted by myself through council and highways agency who own it. As above, it gets destroyed yearly with street art festival crap but it was sorted by a graff writer for graff....
