Can't find graffiti on either side. Neither on streetview nor satellite. Please update if you can confirm it's legal.

The Donnemarie-Dontilly City/Village council is in favor of the walls of the silo being used for street art but technically the Silos are just outside Donnemarie and on the "territory" of Sigy , the neighbouring village. Januari 2017 the council of Donnemarie announced they will discuss the matter with Sigy and ask for the Silo to be free to paint on, also because the Silos will be torn down in 2019.
Is this wall still safe to paint?
