Wooden panels on a fence, right beside the halfpipe. About 8x2m. ONLY these panels are legal, even when there are tags all over! No permit needed. Free access all day. The wall is inside a public park, so maybe many people watching. Depending on time. On a sunday afternoon may a toss of kids in a big bubble of them around you asking you what you're doing and why... Weekdays early in the morning you've the place for yourself.
