I was spraying then I saw a sign that says it’s legal to do graffiti’s. Just go down the stairs at the train station all the way to the other side. It’s pretty big and I’m surprised there’s barely anything that’s on the empty space and isn’t from a spray project
Is this wall still safe to paint?
