Portland Legal Wall

I have no idea how big it is, but it's pretty damn long. There are people going by constantly, but no one's ever given me trouble. I've even had passing people compliment my piecing. Sweet.

ya if you meen the one by the sewage plant thats legal I had a cop on a bike pass me and he didn't stop so its deffinatly chill

Yeah i'm pretty sure this wall is legal, it's on a bike trail, so it's easy to get to.

Its not a bad spot, if you dont mind the smell of feces and the fairly constant wind. I've gotten a few snarky comments from folks passing by but it is mostly positive
