99% legal. Awaiting signatures signing it off as a legal wall. Chill spot to paint regardless, spent all day down there with a few people painting the whole wall. always good comments from passing public.

This wall as of 2021 is 100% legal. It has always been a chill spot going back years, with little hassle and never buffed, but it is now certified legal.
