please tell me it is perfectly legal to paint on that wall, because I am from Barcelona and wanted to make sure it was completely lawful, ie they have a permit from City Hall.

The best bet is to visit the Montana shop in the city.. They gave us directions for 2 spots but im sure they were spots they send the tourists to! |

there are no legal walls actually in barcelona. we live under the martial law. street art is highly prosecuted. |
