Description

Fairly big, stretches all the way around the car park. You can paint anywhere with no hassle, just avoid the cars, ground and lamp posts. It gets whitewashed every couple of weeks too. Best way to get there is by foot from the city:
Cross the footbridge at the end of Grand Parade and turn left. Keep going down the quay until you get to a building that has tall glass windows. Go down the alley next to the building and the car park is on the left.
There are buses that pass by there too.
